Is it possible to have a timetable through internet, of the trains that depart from railway station from Strasburg to Offenburg and to know the prices?

What is you exactly route you plan. Do you want to continue to/from another destination from Offenburg or Strasbourg ?
Or do you plan a return trip on the same day? As there are different ticket options available.

the international ticket price bought at a ticket machine is like mentioned above EUR 8,90.

A much better option, especially for return travels or if you want to travel inside of Strasbourg as well by local transportation, is the [b]Europass[/b]. Available at ticket machines at the stations of both cities.
Europass for 24 h unlimited travels (Offenburg-Strasbourg and surroundings): EUR 9,30
Europass for 24 h unlimited travels (only Kehl-Strasbourg): EUR 6,60
