Are there any infrastructural works on this part of railway in second half of may? When I search for this relation all find are buses. Is interrail valid for them? Price of reservation?

well, both. The railway connection from Nürnberg to Praha is just not very good, so the IC busses of DB are faster. That's why the route planning tool only shows the bus.
But you have time you can travel by train, you just need to enter VIA Schwandorf in the route planner. According to that, there seems to be construction works and as far as I know, the Tilting train (Neigetechnik) is still disabled in the RE train from Nürnberg to Schwandorf because of technical problems, so the train is slower than usual.
