Hi!

I'm 100% sure you can do so at staffed DB stations and it should be also possible in bigger stations in Belgium as well. :)

Hi Filip.

A reservation is required for the TGV Luxembourg-Paris.

See details: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/luxembourg/lu

A connection free of supplements is for example this one (TGV needs ~2 hours, this one is ~5 hours)

Luxembourg dep: 0830 | Regional train - free of supplements
Nancy Ville arr: 0959

Nancy Ville dep: 1011 | Regional train - free of supplements
Bar-le-Duc arr: 1116

Bar-le-Duc dep: 1132 | Regional train - free of supplements
Paris Est arr: 1352

There should be a quota as for every TGV.
