Hi, I am exchange student in Sweden for one year. My student visa will expire on 30 June. But I want to start travelling Europe in July. I have been stayed in Sweden for more than 6 months previously. But I no longer get my student visa later. I can travel in Europe without applying any travelling visa. Can I still buy the interrail pass? If yes, I only need to prove I was living in Europe for more than 6 months previously?

Yeah, since your last continuous residency of more than six months was in Europe you are eligibile to travel with InterRail, country of residence: Sweden
You will have to use the passport/ID of your homecountry but fill in Sweden as country of residence when ordering the ticket; also take proof of your residence with you (student visa, phone/flat bills).

I am from a country outside of EU. I have a Spanish Student Visa from January to around June for 6 months.
Can I now use Interrail? Or do I have to wait until I have been in Europe for more than 6 months first?

Hi!
The rules have changed since 2014, the six month rule doesnt apply that way anymore.
You now must have a residency in a European country to be eligible to use Interrail. To prove this residency official documents issued by a governmental body are required (eg phone bills, rental agreements etc are not accepted).
