Hi all,
Currently, I'm preparing an itinerary which includes the night train from Prague to Krakow. However, when I try to look up the prices for reservations for this train on the Czech Railways website ([ux]https://rail.shop/cd[/ux]), the website always returns the following error:
[quote]Your request could not be granted. The requested service is sold out on this train.[/quote]
No matter if I try to look up prices in April or March, no matter if I select 'couchette' or 'sleeper' -- everything seems to be sold out. Is this normal, or could this be due to a website error?

Hi!
At what stage in the booking process does this error occur? I just did a test booking for 29 March and I can get all the way until the final booking process.

However, the error now only appears to be occuring when selecting a date in April (for example, 13-04-2016). March 29 is working now, that might have been a temporary hiccup :) . Could this be due to date restrictions?

Alright. I can only assume that this is due to the fire of the Bohumin signal box about two weeks ago that has lead to massive troubles in the area, including diversions of trains etc.
Contact CD directly - they always swiftly reply and should know more details. ;)
