In general the Interrail ticket price is the same, no matters where you buy it.
Differences can be in shipping fees, or if you buy it in another currency than Euro, in the conversion rate.

Sometimes you can get a discount for an Interrail pass, usually in spring and/or autumn. For example, currently till the end of the week Interrail has a sale on global passes, so you pay 15% less.
