Hi,
My son have just bought an Interrail pass on the website interrail.eu. He paid an extra fee of 10 euros to be delivered within 4 days from Dublin by DHL according to a tight schedule. Once he had paid, he never received the pass (lost by DHL as it seems to be on their tracking board on line ?). He had no choice but to cancel his travel. Interrrail.eu was absolutely of no help, they did not even try to send another pass as quick as possible (my son had been working the whole summer for that and was expected in Croatia to meet some friends). No understanding at all. Once you have paid, they don\'t care, they don\'t try to help. And even we\'ve been blamed for not telling them soon enough about the DHL\' mistake (of course, DHL said it was interrail\'s fault). I have a question : is there agencies where you can buy you pass. I am a bit tired about buying on the internet, that is to do all the work on your own (full out the form, proceed to the payment) and then when something gets wrong, there is nothing you can do, no human to speak with face to face.

You can buy the pass at every bigger railway station in France.
