Hi everyone,

One part of my trip I plan on doing this summer is this connection on the night train.
I'm worried about the reservation for train D 293 though. The site mentions only the option to buy it at the station, which I only arrive at that same day. On the MAW website I can find only the option to reserve regular trains, not the night ones. Any advice on how to handle this? Is it possible to pay an hour before you want to board the nighttrain?

Any other tips are welcome as well!

EDIT: I didn't mean MAW, but Serbian Railways.

293 is the Belgrade - Sofia night train. It carries 2nd class coaches and a couchette. Reservation is only possible at stations, I also read that reservation is only possible on the day of departure since they never know 100% what couchette operates that day. If you arrive at Belgrade the same day in the morning I wouldnt worry and buy the reservation right after you arrive. As a backup you can of course travel in 2nd class seats for which no reservation is required.
