hi again , re costs of trip, this is approx figure, and i expect you could get it much lower than this 610usd or 118,000Huf. plus of course night in copenhagen. if you do want to check prices then suggest you try the German rail Company Dutsche Bahn they will book you tickets for anywhere and i found them very helpful. I used their office in the u K so that lanquage was not aproblem.

Hi Daniel,

do you want to go one-way only or also return to Budapest? In that case how long do you want to stay? Maybe a 5in10 InterRail ticket might be a good idea - 169€ (if you are <26) plus maximum of ~30€ for reservations, so a total of 200€ for a return trip Budapest - Oslo - Budapest.

Budapest 0925 - 2114 Berlin
Berlin 2231 - 0801 Malmö
Malmö 0908 - 1217 Göteborg
Göteborg 1242 - 1645 Oslo

Oslo 1300 - 1653 Göteborg
Göteborg 1742 - 2051 Malmö
Malmö 2131 - 0604 Berlin
Berlin 0648 - 1835 Budapest

Hi!

It all depends on how much time you have and if you want to make intermediate stops en route. There are many different options available, but in general you should travel along this route: Budapest - Prague - Berlin - Hamburg - Copenhagen - Göteborg - Oslo.

You will have to buy separate tickets for different legs of the trip. For instance, buy Budapest - Berlin and Berlin - Göteborg from DB (German Railways) at [ux]http://rail.shop/bahn[/ux]; Göteborg - Oslo is available from [ux]http://rail.shop/acprail/[/ux]. Plan with enough time at the stations where you "split" the tickets to cope for possible delays!

An interesting alternative would be the ferry from Kiel (Germany) to Oslo.

We are happy to help in more detail, just ask if you need anything. :)
