hi sir
I have purchased train ticket from to anfd fro from porto to lisbon
After payment i only got payment receipt with given details -
Order number 216060611244621 Beneficiary WWW CP PT
Amount to pay 217,00 EUR
AV INFANTE D HENRIQUE 73 1
ANDAR
1900-260 LISBOA
but sir i have not got the tickets and neither it came in to my account or email
and money has been deducted from my credit card
please help me how to get my tickets

I suppose you purchased your train tickets from cp.pt (Portuguese national railways).
Therefore please contact CP directly, as rail.cc does NOT sell train tickets! We only give information and link to companies selling tickets.
