Hey,
I started my 10 days within 1 month pass on the 15th of July, I am wondering whether I am able to use this pass on a train starting on the 14th of August that leaves in the evening with my arrival being in a day after the 31 days is up? or does my train have to arrive before 23.59 on the 14th?

Hi.
Your Interrail pass started on the 15 July 2016 at 00:01h in the morning.
It ends at the 14 August 2016 at 23:59h.
You can not travel on the 15 August, not by night train, nothing.

Pete is right, a real overnight train wont go.
in SOME countries with intensive service ending untill shortly after midnite, you can usually use it till last train of the ''day'', but you should at least start well before 23.59 and have plan B ready if at control they insist you are in the wrong.
