I am studying in Great Brittain. I am from Cyprus. I want to know if my brother and cousins that will join me to these trips and are now living in Cyprus are eligible. i dont see Cyprus in the country list

Do you talk about the Interrail pass ?
If so, the answer is: YES. Your brother and cousins are allowed to buy and travel with the Interrail pass. :)
