im not sure - i dont think there is a rail connection thats easy. We took a bus from Mostar into Montenegro that went through dubrovnik. The Mostar -Sarajevo line is beautiful (even though there are only 2 trains a day) and carrys on to Ploce on the coast. maybe it is easier to get there from dub?

For 20 EUR you can get a direct bus ride to Dubrovnik Bus runs every dan!
Price of the bus given without student discount! So you can count on reduction od -35 or -40%
